We Won! North West Jewellery School Takes Home Creative Tourism Award

We’re over the moon to share some truly sparkling news – the North West Jewellery School was named winner of the Creative Tourism Award at the 2025 Ribble Valley Tourism Awards!

The ceremony, held on Tuesday 20th May at the beautiful Stirk House Hotel, brought together some of the region’s most inspiring people and places – all dedicated to making the Ribble Valley such a vibrant and welcoming destination. To be recognised among them was a huge honour… to come away with a win was simply incredible.

This award means the world to us. It recognises the creative spirit that runs through everything we do – from our hands-on jewellery workshops to our growing community of learners, makers and dreamers. Since opening in 2023, we’ve welcomed over 1,600 students through our doors, all looking to learn a new skill, connect with others, and create something beautiful with their own hands.

We’re so proud of what we’ve built – and we couldn’t have done it without the passion and commitment of our whole team. Huge thanks go to our amazing team, and our brilliant local partners who believe in the power of creativity and community.

We’d also like to dedicate this award to everyone who has supported us so far – from those who’ve joined us for a class or workshop, to those cheering us on from afar. Your encouragement has helped turn our vision into a reality, and this recognition is as much yours as it is ours.

The event itself was truly inspiring – a celebration of local talent, hard work, and the unique charm our region has to offer. We feel so honoured to have shared the space with so many fantastic people and businesses, all working to make the Ribble Valley shine.
