Creating Gemstone Jewellery with Silver Clay

Come and join us for this silver clay gemstone session. 

The art of silver metal clay is a fun way to explore the world of jewellery making. This jewellery making technique allows you to create wonderful textures and designs using silver clay, which is soft and malleable. Once fired, it turns into 999 hallmark quality fine silver. 

During this fully immersive workshop, you will create a fine silver pendant and add in cubic zirconias to finish your piece . You will design, roll, texture, add settings, place stones, drill, file and kiln fire before polishing your piece.

Taught by our silver clay tutor, you will be guided through the process and given support throughout the session.

During this workshop you will make a fine silver pendant.  All silver clay, jump rings and a sterling silver chain are included.

- Location: North West Jewellery School, Backridge Farm, Twitter Lane, Clitheroe, Ribble Valley, BB7 3LQ

- The workshop will run from 10:00  - 15:00

++++ PLEASE BRING A PACKED LUNCH! ++++ 

 (There is a kitchen with a microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle and coffee machine).

- Light refreshments will be available throughout the session (tea, coffee, biscuits!) 

- It is advisable that you wear suitable clothing for a workshop environment. Please no scarves and long hair must be tied back.

- PLEASE BRING GLASSES IF YOU NEED THEM FOR CLOSE UP WORK! 

- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult 18+

*Cancellations/Change of Workshop - Please be aware that I cannot offer transfer of workshop spaces and I require 14 days notice if you need to cancel. This gives me time to fill the space.

Please note that refunds or transfers cannot be given if you do not turn up on the day or cancel after the 14 day period.
